1. No Refunds
All payments made to Quality Pharma Solution are non-refundable. This applies to consulting fees, service retainers, training materials, digital products, and any other goods or services purchased.

2. No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, a service agreement is signed, or a project has commenced, it cannot be canceled. Clients are responsible for reviewing all service proposals and confirming their commitment prior to engagement.

3. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be granted on a per client basis and as required by applicable law.

4. Client Responsibility
Before making a purchase, clients are encouraged to review service descriptions, ask questions, and confirm that the service or product meets their needs.
