General Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of products, services, consulting engagements, and materials provided by Quality Pharma Solution (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing, engaging, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide professional consulting, training, and compliance-related services to clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and related industries. The scope of services will be defined in a written proposal, statement of work (SOW), or service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • All fees are due as stated in the invoice or service agreement.

  • Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars via the accepted payment methods listed on our invoice or payment portal.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales and purchases are final. No refunds or cancellations will be granted once a purchase is made or a service agreement is executed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely feedback necessary for the performance of services.

  • Ensure that internal stakeholders are available for meetings, document reviews, and approvals.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, reports, templates, SOPs, and resources provided by us are our intellectual property and are licensed for client’s internal use only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information received during the course of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Pharma Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
